Councilwoman Jenifer N. Bailey is serving her first term as Councilwoman for Council Seat #4 for a four-year term. Councilwoman Jenifer N. Bailey is an active member of the community and runs Smart Start of Homestead, a top-rated local preschool. As a mother and wife, she is dedicated to serving families within the Southwest Homestead area and improving the lives of all residents one day at a time.

I want this event to be more than just entertainment.  I see us using the arts to highlight the great talent in our community while raising money to support local schools and community based organizations serving our children and youth.
